1. Ethics Statement

• All readings are confidential. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to anyone without the client’s explicit permission.

• Readings are conducted by a trained psychic and tarot reader and are performed with honesty, care, and the intention to provide clarity and guidance.

• Clients are encouraged to focus on themselves and seek clarity for personal growth, rather than delving into another individual’s feelings or intentions.

• While questions about third parties are accepted, readings may lack depth as the person’s energy is not present. 

• All clients are respected and welcomed regardless of gender, sexuality, race, age, background, or spiritual beliefs.

• The Wandering Novice strives to inspire positivity, provide clear answers, and promote effective problem-solving.

2. Disclaimer

• Services do NOT include:

• Lottery numbers, exact event dates, lost item locations, predictions of death, medical diagnoses or cures, or predictions involving demonic possessions or similar inquiries.

• Psychic readings are not substitutes for licensed medical, legal, financial, or other professional services. Clients may be advised to seek assistance from appropriate professionals when necessary.

• All predictions are influenced by current circumstances and free will; they are not guaranteed outcomes.

3. Privacy Policy

• The Wandering Novice is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of clients’ personal information.

• Personal information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, unless required by law.

• Clients provide personal information voluntarily. However, withholding certain information may limit the effectiveness of the reading.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If The Wandering Novice is unable to fulfill a scheduled reading, a full refund will be provided, and the client may rebook via the website.

• Clients must cancel at least 6 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty.

• Cancellations within 6 hours may incur a 25% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations within 1 hour or “no-shows” are non-refundable. Multiple offenses may result in denial of future bookings.

• Refunds will not be issued if the client is dissatisfied with the reading.

• No-contact readings are delivered via email within 48 hours of purchase (typically within 24 hours.)

• Refunds for no-contact readings are only available upon mutual agreement if the request is made before the reader begins.

• Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with the reading.

5. General Conditions

• Service Rights: The Wandering Novice reserves the right to refuse service, modify pricing, and terminate products or services at any time without prior notice.

• User Responsibility: By using this website, users agree not to engage in illegal or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to intellectual property theft or violations of privacy laws.

• Purchases: Clients agree to the financial responsibility of all purchases and that services are for personal use only.

• Liability:

• The Wandering Novice is not liable for damages, including but not limited to lost revenue or emotional distress, arising from the use of services or information provided.

• Links to or from third-party websites are used at the client’s risk.

6. Content Use Policy

• Clients grant permission for any submitted content (comments, testimonials, etc.) to be used for promotional purposes.

• Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Copyrighted or trademarked material without consent.

• Defamatory, abusive, or obscene content.

• Malware or content designed to infringe on privacy.

• The Wandering Novice reserves the right to remove objectionable content from the website.

7. Acknowledgment

• By booking services or using the website, clients acknowledge that:

• Predictions are based on current circumstances and are subject to change. (For entertainment purposes only.)

• Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• Neither The Wandering Novice nor the client has relied on any prior statements outside of these terms.
